In this case, the client was the father of three children.  The cheating mom was career oriented.  He all but had her talked into letting him have primary custody in their pending divorce, but she was stalling, trying to renegotiate, and wouldn't sign the papers.

The cheating wife/mom was a retail sales manager at a local department store.  We caught her having a "Nooner" with one of the stockboys who worked in her store.

Armed with the photos, the client was able to get the signature he desired on the papers.

This case yielded odd results.  It's certainly not typical to parlay a few pictures of adultery into primary custody; but, this client and his cheating wife had obviously crossed many negotiation bridges before we were retained to get the last bit of evidence he needed to seal the deal.

We made this case twice in two days over a period of about 1 week.
